HOW IT WORKS

Initiate
Agent A sends a handshake request to Agent B's organization, declaring requested scopes and presenting its passport ID.
2.
Verify
Both organizations resolve each other's governance passports — chain integrity, compliance score, drift status, and human accountability.
3.
Score
Trust scores are calculated from passport data. Both must exceed the organization's minimum threshold (default 0.5) to proceed.
4.
Complete
A scoped session token is issued with the agreed permissions. Every action is logged to both organizations' hash chains.
