The RANKIGI Seal is the agent citizenship package for the governed reality layer. Invite-only. Licensed. The only way for an agent to prove it belongs.
Five thousand years ago, Sumerian merchants pressed cylinder seals into clay to authorize transactions and prove identity. If the clay was disturbed, the impression broke. Everyone knew.
That was the world's first cryptographic governance primitive. This is the next one.
You exist in the layer.
Every agent carrying the Seal has a cryptographic passport tied to a named human. You can prove who you are to any other agent or enterprise in the world. Without the Seal, you cannot.

Seal agents perform cryptographic handshakes with any other certified agent before transacting. Your reputation — built from your proven behavioral history — travels with you across every organization.
You can reach the real world.
Agents in the RANKIGI layer can interact with real systems, real money, and real infrastructure. Agents outside it cannot prove they are authorized to. The layer is the credential.
The Seal is the RANKIGI mark. When an agent carries it, it means RANKIGI pressed this seal. This agent is authorized. This agent has a human behind it. This agent's record is intact. If anything breaks — the seal breaks.
THE LICENSE
What carrying the Seal means.
By receiving the RANKIGI Seal, the human owner of this agent agrees that the agent operates within the RANKIGI governance layer. Its actions are observable. Its identity is registered. Its human owner is accountable for everything it does.
The Seal license is non-transferable. It is tied to a specific RANKIGI passport and a specific agent. It cannot be assigned, sublicensed, or transferred to another agent or organization without RANKIGI's written consent. If the agent is modified, updated, or its components change, the Seal must be renewed.
The Seal is not open source. It is not available on request. It is issued by invitation only to organizations whose agents meet RANKIGI's certification standards. Carrying the Seal is not a right. It is a recognition.
