How it works
The Production Readiness Score is a composite metric across five dimensions: hash chain integrity (25 points), human accountability (25 points), compliance coverage (20 points), behavioral drift (15 points), and intent chain coverage (15 points). Each dimension is scored independently and the overall score represents board-level governance readiness. One click generates a Board Pack PDF containing chain verification, compliance mapping, gap analysis, and remediation steps.
Technical details
Score = chain_integrity(25) + ownership(25) + compliance(20) + drift(15) + intent(15). Board pack generated via API with evidence pack integrity hash. Snapshot stored to production_readiness_snapshots table.
